Skiing

Famous throughout the world, Madonna di Campiglio is one of the most beautiful gateways to the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello–Presanella group. Launched as a tourist resort in the nineteenth century, it is now one of the most elite ski resorts in the Alps. 170 Km of slopes thanks to the link between Madonna di Campiglio and Folgarida-Marilleva, in Val di Sole, with fast and modern ski-lifts for alpine ski, telemark, snowboard, sledging and half pipe.
Madonna di Campiglio hosts important events as the World Slalom Cup, the Winter Marathon, Cross Ski (week of cross-country ski touring) and the International Alpine Ski race of the Dolomites of Brenta.

Snowboard

On Passo Grostè snow park "Ursus" with 50.000 square meter: half-pipe, slide, jump, a quarter, spine and several tracks for Boarder Cross are available. FIS World Championships took place here in 2001.

Cross-country ski

Passo Campo Carlo Magno: the 4 tracks in this centre, set in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, satisfy all demands and are suitable for all levels of experience, ideal for the skating technique and the classical one. Services: reserved nursery tracks, individual and group specialization courses, equipment hire, ski storage, changing-rooms with showers (tel. 0465 440503).
