Alpine ski

Trentino region has got an unbelievable number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski centres among the ost renowned of the entire Alps

Sci Valley after valley tourists can admire the wonderful view of Dolomites (300 ski lifts transporting more than 300 thousand skiers for hour, 800 chilometers downhill ski slopes; many cross-country ski centres with 500 chilometers of tracks). Moreover it's also possible cross-country ski-touring and ski orienteering.
Two of the greatest ski circuits in the Alps are the Dolomiti Superski and the Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta, which cover almost the whole of Trentino and offer the possibility to enjoy many slopes and different landscapes with just two lift passes.

Valle di Fiemme

Waiting for Marcialonga… 150 kilometres of slopes for cross-country skiing and a single skipass to ski in Cavalese-Cermìs in the Ski Center Latemar, in Pampeago-Obereggen, in Bellamonte-Castellir, and in the area of Lusia and Passo Rolle. Alpine ski is also possible.

Valle di Fassa

To enjoy the unforgettable landscape of the Dolomites (Pale di San Martino, Marmolada, Civetta, Pelmo, Tofane, Catinaccio e Latemar). 145 kilometres of slopes. Alpine ski, telemark, ski touring and sleddog are also available. You can not miss Sella Ronda Ski Tour, the tour around the Mountain Sella.

Val Rendena

170 kilometres of slopes (thanks to the link between Madonna di Campiglio and Folgarida-Marilleva) served by speed lifts. Alpine ski, telemark, snowboard, sleds, and half pipe are also available.
Madonna di Campiglio hosts important events as theWorld Cup Slalom, the Winter Marathon, Cross Ski (week of cross-country ski touring) and the International Alpine Ski race of Dolomites of Brenta.

Val di Sole

Folgarida and Marilleva are a real paradise for ski and snowborard lovers. Peio is the ideal destination for winter holidays completely immersed in the nature of Stelvio National Park, which is surrounded by the Ortles Cevedale range with its 23 peaks over 3.500 m. At Passo del Tonale snow is always guaranteed to be present thanks to the Presena Glacier, where one can ski year round.

Primiero

San Martino di Castrozza, this now renewed ski resort offers modern lifts and long slopes. Alpine ski, nordic ski, cross-country and snowboard are also available.

Altopiano della Paganella

“The town of sports” has also a very modern ice rink. This ski resort hosts every year the Ski Legends, a ski race for big champions. Alpine Ski, sleds and broomball are also available.

Altipiani di Folgaria, Lavarone e Luserna

The paradise of cross-country skiers, gives hospitality to the renowed Millegrobbe (30 kilometres in 3 days), but it also has very good slopes for alpine ski. Alpine ski, sledges (with sledge-lift), snowboard are also available.

Valsugana e Tesino

Panarotta 2002 offers 15-km down-hill runs covered with snow from December to March. The Vezzena Highland offers 50-km cross-country skiing tracks in enchanting surroundings. You can go mountaineering, with snowshoes or with the sledge-dogs on the Lagorai range.

Val d'Adige

Mount Bondone is a real paradise for those who love sport and nature. There are 13 kilometres of slopes for alpine ski, snowboard and carving.
There is a cross-country Ski Centre at Viote di Monte Bondone. On Monte Bondone it is also possible ice skating in Vason; and for kids there are slopes to go sledging.

Vallagarina

Brentonico: these are the first ski resorts for those approaching the Trentino form the Padana plain; from here, there is a carousel of 14 facilities which service 45 kms. of ski-slopes.
At San Giacomo a fully equipped cross-country ski centre is available for those who love Nordic skiing on tracks cut both for classic and the newer skatin style.

Val di Non

Every year at the beginning of January approximately 4,500 people of every age and creed gather in Tret, a resort in the upper Valle di Non for the "Ciaspolada". In Alta Valle di Non, at Passo Mendola, there are 3 facilities. For nordic ski: Regole di Malosco and Predaia.
